On the national road No. 162 which crosses the municipality of Ben Djerrah, is the climatic site of Ain Sefra, in the middle of a dense green forest at Djebel Maouna. It is a place of recreation and leisure. A camp for young people and children has been established there. The site is one of the most preferred tourist destinations for families, young people and nature lovers, in search of rest and recreation wishing to spend pleasant moments, in peace and quiet, while enjoying the fresh air and panoramic views.
In this area there are also the remains of an old climatic resort on the upper slopes of the mountain, which in the first decades of the last century was used by the wealthy to spend their holidays here because of its moderate temperature and picturesque and pleasant sites, in addition to the most noble tree species and the fresh and refreshing drinking water springs.
